The Hong Kong region mainly targets the Asia-Pacific market, offering optimized cross-border connectivity and lower latency within Asia. The US-West region targets the North American market, providing larger bandwidth quotas and lower latency in North America. Both regions adopt multi-line BGP and smart routing technologies.

All regions natively support IPv6. Each VPS can apply for up to 8 additional IPv4 addresses. Reverse DNS can be configured by yourself in the network management panel of the client area, with support for PTR record setup.

Both regions support Windows Server images (with additional licensing fees) and custom ISO mounting. You can upload and mount custom system images through the VirtFusion control panel.

The latency shown on the page represents typical ranges. Actual latency is affected by your ISP, routing paths, time of day, and other factors. It is recommended to use Looking Glass for real-time testing to obtain an accurate assessment of connection quality.

Planned maintenance is only carried out when necessary, with at least 48 hours of advance notice. The SLA guarantees 99.9% network availability, and planned maintenance time is not counted as downtime. You can view historical availability data on the status page.

After payment confirmation, provisioning is usually completed automatically within 5–15 minutes. You will receive an email with login details for the VirtFusion control panel, where you can manage VPS operations such as power control, OS reinstallation, and network configuration.
